Phil serves as the Pioneer Pastor, Church Elder and Director of SCF's charity arm Westside Community Care. Is there anything extra that Phil could say about himself in regards to Westside Community Care and his connection with it? Maybe a little bit about a passion for events as a means to fundraise and connect with the community?
